Yesterday I spent the day shopping with a friend. She is a designer and we are pulling together furnishings for our new church building that is in the works. We mostly focused on the church nursery yesterday. It's been a few years since I shopped for cribs, bedding, etc........it all looks so cute. We shopped for new toys, and play yards....stopped briefly for lunch then shopped for some accent tables and iron benches....we shopped until we dropped and had lots of fun.

Then today, I had a dr. appt......still working on getting my thyroid medication worked out. This is no cakewalk. I have a new appreciation for anyone with an autoimmune disease, and anyone with any thyroid issues.

I shopped at Kohl's and Goodwill, also. While in Goodwill, I did find a Chico's denim jacket and two Chico's white tops in great condition....for $10.95, all three pieces! I picked up some other things at Kohl's--the jury is still out on some of them. I just needed a pick me up and a few things to wear for the spring. We will go to see my son and daughter in law later this month and didn't want to be stuck with my winter clothes!!!

Then I also need to concentrate on this....and some yard work. Isn't this container pretty? It was like this last spring, and I really need to make it look like that again......spring is here in TX.....near 80 degrees today. Happy Day to you wherever you are.
